Athletic Republic Soccer Training Soccer is about gaining separation from your opponent to create the open space you need to put the ball into the back of the net.  If you are a defender or goalie, you need more quickness and agility than your opponent.  Athletic Republic has been building these attributes with soccer players from the club team level up to the national team ranks for almost 20 years.  Athletic Republic provides the optimal mix of proprietary sport specific training protocols and patented equipment to not only make you a better athlete, but a better soccer player as well.

Average Performance Improvements through Athletic Republic Soccer Training:

  • 0.2 – 0.4 seconds in 40 yards which equals 6 – 10 feet of separation;
  • 2 – 4 inches of vertical jump height;
  • 5 – 8 inches in standing long jump distance;
  • 20% gain in peak force and power;
  • 3 – 10 mph increase in kick speed;
  • 33% increase in foot speed; and
  • Significant improvements in running stride efficiency.

 

REDUCING THE RISK OF INJURY.  “Avoidance of Soccer Injuries with Pre-Season Conditioning,” published in American Journal of Sports Medicine (Vol 28, No 5).  This study involved 300 female athletes age 14 – 18 in a one-year study.  40 athletes completed Athletic Republic Performance Sports Training Protocols and the remainder did conventional ground based soccer training.
