We have over 32 training levels and more than 2,500 pages of protocols designed to complement our patented Hockey Treadmill, that help you improve stride length, speed and efficiency. Our plyometrics training gives you better edge control and foot speed. With our proprietary Republic box, PlyoPress and Multi-hip machines, you’ll develop explosive power and stability, and our stick-handling drills improve your wrist strength, range and speed of motion, touch and overall confidence with the puck.

We’ve contributed to the athletic improvement of over 500 NHL players and have been working with the U.S. National Team Development Program and those universities familiar with the Frozen Four — University of Minnesota, Cornell, Ohio State and Michigan Tech.
